poor customer service

On the 27 April 2019 bought food at Burger king New market , with extra chips and wings . we received our meals and they said the wing and chips will follow. wings come towards the end of our meal but no chips , requested for a refund but they kept asking each other who was supposed to give me my chips and no one took responsibility , until i took my receipt and left , i want my refund for chips i paid and never received.
