Poor Customer care

Good day

I visited your store at Turfall Road as I am a regular customer. When I wanted to pay for my purchase of over R300.00 The system did not allow me to accumulate loyalty points.

The Assistant Manager Amanda was called in to assist.Amanda just told me im sorry the machine is not working and im going to loose my loyalty point.

Now really now my amount to spend is almost R300.00 on loyalty points and this Assistant Manager tells me im going to loose my points for my purchase.

Without any compensation is that the rules of your loyalty program?

Please look into this matter.
