Poor attitude and **** service

Went to Burger King in Faerie Glen last night to get a drive through take away, since this is easy and convenient. Normally, the person receiving my order doesn't hear me clearly from the ordering point, so I drove to the window to place an order directly with the person in charge. Sadly, I was advised that they don't take orders at the window. Management instruction. So I must get get back in the que to place the order at the ordering point. What kind of **** instruction is this? Yet it's the same person taking the orders. He refused to take my order. So I gave him a peace of my mind and left. Will never support Burger King again if this is how they want to do business in SA !! **** attitude and poor service.
