Poor and service from Burger king bedford

Yesterday was my fathers funeral .. was not a good day.. now i been to a couple burger kings and there has been no issue with me putting cheese on my burger and paying for the cheese.. the managers have helped me a few times since the special. Last night i was at the bedfordview branch at the garage. The woman at front counter refused to help me to get cheese put on the burgers so i called a manager Tsholofelo and she also point blank refused to help me.. If i am paying for the cheese why is it such a ****ing goddam problem to put cheese on my burgers and charge me for the cheese. This is **** customer service
