Plastic in burger

I purchased a Big Chicken burger at burger King Ottery, Cape town on 27.01.22 at 17:49pm. The burger was for my daughter, who was eating the meal in the car on our way home when she noticed that there was something weird coming out of the burger... I inspected this foreign object and to my horror, it was a piece of plastic! My daughter was so disgusted, she started vommiting.

I took photos immediately when I got home, kept the remaining half of the burger as well as the plastic and receipt and bagged it up into the fridge.

I emailed BK customer service, I got a response where they requested some details of the purchase whereby I rep**** immediately with the requested information. It's been a week, I have not heard anything from BK, the sample is still in my fridge.

I am so disappointed and disgusted at the level of customer service they are portraying. I come from customer service as well and I service the English. I need to provide a top draw service.

BK is clearly not taking the matter seriously or they would have made contact, luckily for me my daughter caught it in time.

I am fuming as I'm writing this review, it has sad that we as consumers has to turn to hellopeter to have reputable companies reported, simple because the level of service is on shambles.

@Burger King ... Stop neglecting your customers!!!
