Pay more, get less

Bought burger king from landsdowne branch via MrD.

Ordered a chilli cheese long with fried onion rings as Xtra and ordered a beef burger without the bun as I just wanted the patty. Son has gluten alergy.

Burger King landsdowne charges me for the fried onion rings and dnt put it on the roll and they decided to give me the damn burger bun only. *** must I do with a dry roll?

Can't follow clear instructions even when it's written infront of them.

My son went hungry. Thank you for that.
