PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! POOR QUALITY

<p>I actually cannot believe that firstly, the quality of Burger King would be this terrible and secondly, when trying to mention it to your customer service team, it was shrugged off with "without a slip, theres not much we can do about it". I am sorry, but that is just unacceptable!!!! I bought 14 Meals within two days for our staff and the meals were burnt!!! Every single one of them! I expected to get feedback stating that the issue has been resolved and it will not happen again, instead...All I received was a phone call from a young lady stating that without the slip, all they could do was pass on the information. NO!! That is NOT all she could have done! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED and will never recommend our company to purchase from Burger King EVER again ! </p>
