Pathetic service! (From this specific branch)

I sent this message to Burger King (Die Hoewes) on 1 April 2023!!! Over a month has passed and I’ve still not had any feedback nor my refund for the items I’ve paid for and not received! I received one message back saying that they will look into it.. Not sure how long they need to “look into” anything when I’ve sent them all the proof on email…

Good day I’ve ordered from Burger King in Die Hoewes, Centurion and never before have I had an order messed up this badly. I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service like the people packing this order didn’t even look at what I actually ordered.

I ordered the extra long chili cheese burger meal X2 and paid R16 extra X2 for nacho v crispers and ordered 2x 7up.

I got 2 chili cheese burgers, one normal fries, one nacho v crispers and 2 pepsi drinks. No fork plus 1 ketchup sachet when I specifically asked for mayo. I don’t know how it’s even possible to get things so terribly wrong it’s honestly pathetic.

I want a refund for the nacho v crispers which I did not receive. Thank you
