Pathetic Service from Lionel Peternsen and Poor Quality Food

To whom it may concern...

On the 31st of August 2021 I purchased a Texas BBQ Bacon King Meal with a strawberry milkshake from Burger King Blue Route Mall Tokai, Cape Town with bolt foods. On the arrival of my food the bacon was very stiff like over fried, the roll was abit stiff and the burger was squashed and cold as well as the fries the milkshake was like strawberry water. I called Burger King Blue Route Tokai and spoke to the Manager going by the name of Lionel Peternsen that was very arrogant and not helpful at all and put all the blame on Bolt Foods yet they did not prepare the food, this guy should receive proper customer service training as he took no responsibility for the ***** up but he shifted the blame on the other party and "instructed" me to contact them for there's nothing he can do.
