PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BURGER KING

I am appalled at the service received from your Ottery Center branch today. My fiancé and I decided to try out the hot chilli ***** of which he had a beef and I had the chicken. Both were medium meals, I also ordered the 4 piece mozzarella sticks as a side. Firstly, the sauce was definitely not a tabasco sauce, it tasted like chilli tomato and herbs and the bun itself with the crushed chilli flakes leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. The onion rings were oily and tasteless on the burger and could barely be found on that massice bun. Secondly, the mozzarella sticks were so cold and did not have the slightest cheese pull to enjoy it. Thirdly, our drinks which were 7up and pepsi had NO GAS IN IT AT ALL! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME that we experienced this with the same branch! Please do not ADVERTISE A BURGER AS TABASCO if it doesn't have the SLIGHTEST taste of it. So in essence, I spent R200 just to enjoy the fries, ONLY THE FRIES. I will definitely be informing my family and friends of this pathetic standard of food and will be placing this on Instagram and Facebook. I want to compensated in some form for this disgusting service.
