Pathetic service from both Burger king head office and one of the branches

Just going to make this short in this Pandemic we get urged to support the restuarants and fast food outlets but with the continual bad service one get from the same places time and time again its a waste of our time and money. Had problems with Burger king in Richmond Park in Cape Town yesterday. I phoned there complaints line and got told they have a problem with there complaints system too REALLY what a absolute joke so they took down my number and said someone will get back to me and yes you guessed right no one ever did. Emailed them this morning and yes that's right no response. Always have a story no Barbecue sauce no cup holders milkshake machine not working the norm is not packing everything you ordered into your takeaway bag that normally has broken handles before you even pick it up. Anyway good luck you going to need it to stay open with the bad service you guys give.
