Pathetic service

The worst experience at Burger King Northmead ever! The person who took my order messed up the order completely did not take down full order.

When I was correcting the order (correct piece of chicken) I had to leave the drive through line and wait for them.

Nobody came to bring my food for nearly 20 minutes, resulting in me having to go in store to find out what is happening. The staff inside acted very rudly and said they don't have any thighs so instead of explaining that and saving me 20 extra minutes they chose to make me wait.

Terrible customer service from burger King!!
