Pathetic service

I went to Burger King at Comaro Crossing. We had 3 different orders that was placed. The second order when we opened the burger has a small bite. I immediately went to the cashier and manager. The cashier Mbali was rude and disrespectful going on as if I am lying. They rather told me they will look at the footage. I eventually got up and left and gave them that burger back. I then called to speak to the manager Ntombi. She says she checked the footage but no one bit on it. All these are lies and they have no customer service. When I gave them the food back which i did not even get refunded for they were rather talking about me in venac. I have never experienced such terrible service. I will never go back to Burger king Comaro
