Pathetic service

I am really Gatvol with Burger King Westgate, I have made 2 order consecutively in a week and they keep delivering missing items. It is such an inconvenience as I only get a refund a week later from uber eats. I keep writing notes with the order but they always put what they feel like. Now I must eat what I did not order after waiting for almost an hour for the delivery. Poor service actually pathetic service
