Pathetic service and pathetic customer service. I used to be able to refill my drink at Burger King, always did it once only, and all of a sudden the drinks are closed for refills. So in essence all of a sudden customers at Burger King pay the same and receive less. Upon taking this up with their customer service centre I got helped with a stinking attitude. Customers be warned, Burger King has not got your best interest at heart, nor do they operate according to the American standards they say they stand for.
