Pathetic service

Good Day. We've been to the Norwood store on 23 April 2022 and I must say that their service is exceptional. Today, 26 April 2022, I am at Lambton store and the lady at the till doesn’t know what she’s doing. The next lady that I asked to help with the drinks put ice and we did not request ice. Store doesn’t allow self service of cooldrink due to covid so you need to stand and wait for someone to pour your cooldrink. The third person wanted to sort out our drinks with the ice but we left it. When we collected our food at about 17:30 they gave us an item short and we had to go and make a noise to get our food. The shift manager came around at 17:40 to apologise and we advised him of the issues we’ve encountered.
