Pathetic service

I have just purchased myself a meal at Burger King Tygervalley during my lunch time and when i got back to work and wanted to eat i saw that they did not pack my fries in which then costed me more time of my lunch and a cold burger all because I had to walk back for my fries, then to top it all off after receiving my fries the girl that helped me i asked her if she could give me customer cares number as i was unhappy about the service then she made me wait another 10 minutes for the number and did not pitch up at all and I was then furious and left the store. What pathetic service ever
