PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC - GLEN MARAIS KEMPTON PARK

After one bad experience, you think, Ok, maybe just bad luck. BUT, after two bad experiences at the same place, where you have only order twice, you know, it's just pathetic service. First time, ordered through UBER. Burger King, Glen Marais is 3kms from my house. After waiting 2 hours, and talking to the Uber driver through the whole wait, I had to cancel the order. You can't phone them, cause the number goes to Cape Town. Cape Town tell you to complain on-line. I asked the driver to give me the Manager's number while he was waiting there, and he informed me that they refused to give their number. I asked to speak to the Manager through the driver, and this was also declined. Second time, wait another hour (for a 3km delivery), just so they can arrive with missing items. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I think Burger King International should close this branch in Glen Marais, as surely they can't cope, and have employed *********** and arrogant staff. The are tarnishing the good name Burger King once had. #WIN
