Pathetic drive through service

We received the worst experience at Burger King Sanctuary, Somerset West this past Saturday. We ordered through the box after waiting almost 5 minutes for someone to respond. We drove to the second window and no one was there, we hooted and waited a while and no one showed up so we went to the third window, when we got there the person at the second window started yelling and screaming on how we need to be there and making snarky comments. After paying and going to the third window, the staff refused to extend the food from the window, as we can get out the car to get it, they all laughed and made rasist comments. This was such an horrific experience, we will not be supporting this franchise again.
