Pathetic Burger King Mitchell's Plain

I bought a burger on 16 June 2021 at around 18:40 hours at Burker King outside Liberty Promenade Mall with no CHEESE, to my surprise when I got home which is approximately 12km drive away from the store the burger has cheese. I vividly told the cashier no CHEESE and asked the guy handing over the food if there was no CHEESE and he said "yes" theres no cheese. Upon returning to the place to get my burger replaced, I was given bad services by the stand in manager who seem to have bad attitude. She told me to come back Monday when her manager was there to explain my case. I opted for a refund and i ended getting exceptional customer service at Calamari Fisheries. The experience left a hitter taste on my mouth and do not see myselfmor my wife spending any time or money at Burger King again.
