Pathetic !!

I am a regular customer, however Flora Branch must be the worst in the country. Invoice Check 3825 Saturday 26 March 1959pm, we were made to wait 45 mins to get our two burger meals. When we got to the window and queried why they were so slow, we were told that the "broiler" was faulty. Our chips and burgers were served ice cold. We weren't at any time told that there was a problem and we were stuck in a vehicle traffic jam so couldn't even leave. Unacceptable !!!
