Pathetic

Went to place an order at Burger King for burgers. And the staff tells us there is no cheese. We then said it's fine we will have the burger without cheese. They then told us they cannot do this for us as the burger is suppose to come with cheese... what kind of service is this?? Instead of wasting customers' time why was there no noticification regarding this??? what if we did not want cheese in the first place??? Very disappointed.
