Out of stock

I am very disappointed with purchase I did on 10 October 20025 at Corkwood mall square in uitenhage. I bought x2 king Jr for my kids but they told me they had no scooby doo toys. Obviously my kids were upset and cried. How are you out of stock when running a campaign or promotion???? Very disappointed
