Order not received complete

Hi, first of all thank you for opening a Burger king in Kimberley, it was long overdue. Secondly when i ordered i included my chicken fries with a garlic sauce and i never received my garlic sauce. Now i only realized this when i got home and i was dissatisfied as my meal was incomplete. However please understand that i do not necessarily want my sauce back my complaint is more related to your bussiness ethics and values. The sauce issue was not an employee that caused it, it was burger king itself. Guys come on your over working your employees and i could see in there eyes they are tired, let your employees become so fatigue at work will only cause more problems. Tired employees = bad client service which will cause loss of business. I really hope you guys will look into this as i really enjoy burger king and believe it will do fantastic but i will NOT support a company thT over work their employees.
