Order not delivered and rude answer

I placed an order for a double whooper on Friday the 1st via uber eats. the order was never delivered . after several attempts to to contact ubereats I then contacted burger king . The lady who picked up the phone told me its not their problem I should contact ubereats. I am a customer I don't know how their contacts with 3rd parties works. my money went to Burger king.
