Order got mixed

I've had a good experience with burger king branches across the country especially Burger king Westgate, but tell me why was my order mixed up? I've ordered 2 chicken whoppers medium meals but instead of that I got 2 small chicken sandwiches? does this make sense? I'm very disaointed
