Not sticking to trading hours

Burger King in Port Elizabeth, South Africa Lorraine - WILLOW ROAD. Online and at the branch it says they open at 7:00am. I got to the branch at 7:20. No light was on, drive through and in-store were closed. I knocked and no soul in sight. I was so excited to try their breakfast for the first time. I was left hungry & late for work. This is unacceptable. What are the actual TRADING HOURS????
