nonexistent service at burger King Newton Park

It all started, when I saw an ad on TV showing delicious burgers at reasonable price at Burger King, since we have never bought take aways at Burger King, we decided to try them out. We drove to the Burger King branch in newton park, what a disappointment it was?

when we got inside there was one customer at the desk, and one cashier, there was 3 tills, but only one cashier. we waited for about 15 minutes maybe more eventually the whole branch was full of customers, and no one was served the first customer was still standing at the desk, no one of the other staff members came to assist with the rest of the clients in the shop, so we turned around and left the branch if it took that long just to take our order, just Amagine how long it would be until we get our food. I guess I will never know what their burgers taste lake, as I am not planning on going back there ever. the lady at the till did not even look at the other customers and no attempt was made to serve any one of the customers still waiting. I cannot complain about nonexistent service. This is shocking. I would never recommend them to any one now, as my first experience was pathetic
