Non consumable food / old food

Take away order of 2 peri peri chicken burger combos and 2 x double whopper cheese burgers meals ordered. Total amount R325 Upon opening my order at home it was discovered that the one peri peri burger was so old a burnt chicken pattie put on to a old dry bun with no garnish and or sauce it is literally a stone hard dry piece of burned chicken thrown on to a bun. The take away was purchase at Burger King Rembrandt Mall Paarl. As I do not reside in Paarl and not close by it was not feasible for me to drove all the way back from Wellington to Paarl for an exchange. I am litterly gutted of food received and therefore would not purchase any meal again from Burger King.
