No understanding of the concept of customer service and PR

Burge King Jean Crossing Your service is poor. No straws in my takeaway. No catchup for weeks. Its like a garage without oil or diesel. Absolutely no understanding of PR. Always an excuse. O and I actually asked to have ice in my drink. Guess what? Yes you got it...... noooo ice. As a consumer in SA I have come to a conclusion, nothing will ever be up to standard in this country .
