No respect for customers Burger King Polkadraai Kuilsriver

ordered through the drive through and was asked to wait in the parking . they made us wait for 20 minutes and helped all other cars that came after us at the drive through. I asked for the manager and guess what, the manager ignores our request and did not show up keep. making us wait again. this is the most appalling service I have ever received. no apologies, nothing
