No customer service at all

I know they will probably not respond to this review, but will write it in any case. Received a sms today at 12:43 about the mix and match special, normally selling for r100, going for r80. I then went to the Jean Crossing branch to get the special. After queuing for a while, the person behind the counter and the manager didn’t know about it. She then eventually called head office and she came back after a while stating that the R80 deal was only valid till 13:00????? I then phoned the customer care call centre. Cut off twice and then spoke to the 3rd person. He wasn’t aware of the special.

Burger King, your service went down the drain.
