No collection of app orders at drive-through - Shows no care for COVID-19?

The food was great but I don't know why orders made and paid via the app cannot be collected at the drive-through. During this pandemic they MADE me wait in the drive through and then directed me inside to collect my order. Why did I have to get out and walk through the rain to get my order if they could have given it through the drive through window? If the customer are allowed to collect orders at the drive through window update all your branches so they know this. If customers are not allowed to collect at drive through then update your app to show this. It has been a long time without issue at this branch.
