No Beef Burgers

Unbelievable - went to get a burger and they had run out of beef burgers. So after standing in the queue for 10 mins, I get to the till to be told there are no beef burgers. Can management not think and make an announcement to people in the queue. The place seems to be a bit of chaos with no structure or order. They really need to up their game. Well below the standard of international ones. Surely the standard should be the same or are South Africans destined to accept lower standards.
