Moulded crispy chicken burger meals x2 Appalled!

Yesterday August 3rd 2020 i purchased 2 crispy chicken fillet burger meals at burger king Somerset Mall somerset west cape town. Being covid we dont usually sit down in the food court but we did this day. As my son unwrapped his burger he told me the roll is hard. I had a look and as i opened it thewhole hard buger was covered is mould!!!!! I took my daughters burger, which she had taken a bite out of already, and hers was also mouldy. Disgusted and appalled i took it back to the burger king counter and explained to the cashier that took my order, whom may I add didnt seem bothered at all and made me seem as if i was overreacting. She called the manager, who couldn't say more than 2 words to me all he wanted to do was refund me so that I would leave. The cashier asked why I wanted a refund! Omg why wouldnt I?!! All i got was a measly very faint sorry from the MANAGER! My daughter was on the brink of throwing up. The burger was so moulded that i cant blv they keep food that long. For bread to get to that state of mould it has to be standing for weeks like that. I am a very loyal customer at BK Somerset mall and the manager knew that but i will never ever go there ever again and i will make it my duty to spread this story of the disgusting filth that I was served. I would even give old rolls to the person sleeping on the streets. Here im paying, and not cheap, for old ****!!! Im appalled and so dissapointed in the manager. Not management material as he couldn't deal with the situation at all. When i said i wont come back he asked me why! If this was another country this branch would be shut down! I paid nearly R200 for absolute dirt!
