Money taken No delivery.

Today I ordered food with Uber eats and was charged R88.00 but I didn't receive my meal. The food I ordered was from Burger king Glen Marais. I selected Burger king in Midrand for the food to be delivered at Adapt IT Johannesburg campus. The driver called me regarding the food which I told the system selected wrong adress of the restaurant and delivery adress.

Now I don't know what happened with the food. My money is gone. How do you guys operate ? Taking my money without giving me my food.

This is so unprofessional of the driver that picked up my food because I didn't receive them. I want my money back as I didn't get my food.
