Mixed feelings

This is more of a request. I bought food at Burger King Menlyn today (something I do to spoil myself once every other week), normally I get my food within 10 minutes, with a 1 hour lunch that’s something that keeps me coming, today though the staff was everywhere, orders we’re getting mixed up, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for my orders, only when I asked for a refund did they realise the had not done my order and they started rushing the prep. One of my whoppers barely had any sauces the other had a lot of onions and no tomato and barely any lattice. Like I said normally the team has rush hour under control but today… I’m honestly eating the food cause I barely have 20 of my lunch left nd can’t really go look elsewhere but today’s service was something I’m not used to from the Menlyn team
