Missing Items and a Rude Manager

Ordered via MrD last night, only to find an order missing Loaded Fries and dips for the nuggets ordered.

She had the audacity to tell me I’m lieng, because they packed everything according to her, and my question was “why would I be wasting my time calling them , with my damn airtime if everything was in there” of which she continued speaking over me as I expressed my frustration.

NB: I don’t understand why I must address an incomplete order with MrD, where as Burger King is responsible for packing and make sure everything is there, because they get 95% of the damn cash.

I don’t appreciate the attitude with my money, I hope you address this and expect an apology that she failed to even extend over the phone!

Manager was working last night 14-05-2023 round about 8pm
