Missing Item from Order - No Answer….

I placed an order on Friday 13 Jan 2023 the MrD app for Burger King N1 City. When my order arrived, there was an item missing from my order. I emailed the Branch and asked them to refund me for that item (as I paid for something I never received) To date: No Refund, No Reply to my email, No Acknowledgement to my email. Poor service received
