Missing from Order

Blue Route branch. Ordered a meal with vegan nuggets, they put the dips in but forgot the nuggets and I paid for them. I was in a rush so couldn’t check and by the time I realised I was too far from the store. Very disappointed that my order was wrong as this isn’t the first time, but I do feel I need to make a complaint at this point.
