Missing food in my order

They have delivered orders with missing food 3 times to me now.

First time I just let it go. The second time I asked the uber eats delivery guy to go get the missing food.

This time I escalated the issue with uber eats and I should be getting a refund for the missing food.

The food that I received was cold and soggy.

This is the worst service ever.

I will not be ordering from Burger King allensnek.

Such poor service.

The staff needs serious training.
