Misleading advertising, bad service

Tygervalley, your menu is misleading, not only for customers but also for your staff! How can you pretend to sell a “Cheeseburger combo” for R29.90, showing a picture of ‘n burger, chips and a drink? Only when you want to pay do you realise that the image try to catch you out - the R5 is shown on top of the glass with small text next to it. So you decide to pay R5 extra for a drink. Then you are told that not all drinks are the same price. It ranges from R5 to R8 for a Pepsi, depending on who you talk to at the till. Don’t ask for a printed drink pricelist – it is non-existent. So all in all – don’t trust the price on the boards, don't trust the staff. And Tygervalley, please train your staff to understand your own menu. It is pathetic as no one agreed on the price. And tell them to handle their customers with more respect - we had a fantastic no-frills Steers burger instead, so kudus to Steers!
