Messing up orders and not even caring.

I waited 45 minutes for my food because the people working at Olympus village burger king. Gave my food some one else making me wait there and having my 3 year old with me from 19:01 until 19.47 at night waiting for food this should have never happened in the first place. Because they call out your number and the customer gose to the casher to pick up the food and the cashier checks that the slip has the right number on the slip. So please explain how dose some one f up such an easy job. I don't even get an apologie they did not even wanted to find out what's happened to the food. They just made new ones gave it to me and said bye almost as to say ja we messed up so what nothings going to happen to us. Even the manager never came to me.Make sure everyone knows what happens at this restaurant and that even the manager won't do anything.
