Making the same mistake as their competitors

I was excited that Burger King has finally made it to the country and I have been enjoying their burgers lately. However in my last visit I was really disappointed in that for the fact that my last purchase my burger was really no up to the standard I expected. The burger looked as if it was rushed when it was done. The lettuce was messed and not neatly placed, the white sauce inside was close to non existent and I felt really cheated that I paid more than R50.00 only to get a bun and a patty with literally nothing inside. I couldn't take it back as I went through the drive through and I was far from them when I ate. Can this please looked at as they are now making the same mistakes as their competitors.
