Loose R240 over R1 cup

On 20 September 2019 i visited Burger King Magalieskruin aka Kolonnade retail. ordered 8 Woppers. 4x specials. R240 order. I asked for a cone ice cream and if they will please turn it upside down and place in a cup as im driving and wont be able to hold my daughters ice cream while i drive. I was refused a cup.

My goodness, i would have paid a R1 for it if i had to. Willing to loose a R240 order over a cup.

I contacted the customer service nr and Charne helped me brilliantly. Said that i will get a call from the manager. Today 2 October 2019 i get a sms stating that my Case has been resolved. How do you resolve a matter without even contacting the customer.

I called the service center and another lady advised that they contacted me and read an entire fictional story of what was discussed with me.

This is totally unacceptable that i matter so little to the store manager that i cant even get a call. Really disgusted by the service level at this store.
