Lazy and unprofessional staff and mayonaise out of stock for months on end

<p>Burger King has been out of stock of mayonaise since just after the beginning of the year. That is bad in itself, because I would think that such a big business would ensure that their stock is always available, but the responses that myself and my family receive each time we visit Burger King, especially the branch in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, is appaling.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff are rude. The Manager is dismissive and abrupt, and we are yet to see some mayonaise with our burgers. I would imagine that other customers have already noticed and complained, because it seems as if this branch changes its staff every month, and each month there is a different rude staff complement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Something drastic needs to be done otherwise a business that is so successful will start losing many clients as we do not deserve to be treated unprofessionally when all we want it to buy a burger.</p>
