Laughing Stock of Burger King

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">To say that I am appalled is an understatement! I went to the drive thru at Burger King in Soweto. First, my order takes over 20 min to be ready and all I ordered was Malva Pudding, Peppermint Crisp ice cream and 3 cones! Upon arrival, my order was not as per my rewuest, which was with extra chocolate sauce. When I returned the ice cream for them to retify this, I was told too much sauce will make me ill. Then, my husband's Malva came with a small black teas**** and not the signature Burger King white s****, tailor made for the dessert. My husband requested for the s**** and was told it gets sold with the dessert. He told the manager to either give him the s****, that we normally recieve, or cancel the order... Much to my surprise, the manager gave us our money back and cancelled the order. I went back to request for the name and surname of the manager and she asked what business I have with that information. I walked out and the whole staff ****ed their heads back and laughed at me. I am an avid customer of Burger King and have never experienced such an abhorrent standard of service! Burger King is an international brand and is reputable for its customer service and great food. But the service I have received today has made me question the above. The manager (Monalisa) and her team have to be the worst decision Burger King has made in terms of people that should hoist this international flag</span></p>
