Late /Non existent order

We placed an order via Mr delivery and paid it at 19:00. We noticed the driver hasn't picked up the food yet at the specific time and informed Mr delivery. We've now been waiting over an hour and we cannot get through to either Mr delivery or burger King. This is always an issue?! We will never order again.
