Lack of Food hygiene

good day. I ordered a family meal via uber eats and when I received my food and opened my bag with the food, I found a insect inside flying around. I tried sending my feedback through uber eats as you have to rate service and restaurant and its not being received by them for whatever reason. Obviously the food quality was questioned and not edible at all. Was very disappointed as this is food we are talking about and during this time cleanliness and hygiene is of utmost importance and it seems your company isn't taking this as seriously as it should be taken. I trust that this is a wake up call and can ensure going forward that this will not happen again, not just with me but all your customers
