Lack of communication and nobody want to take any responsibility

So it's loadshedding and I'm standing outside burger King strand for and hour with no communication or signage to indicate what's happening staff just standing around security just telling place is closed. I eventually phoned in and this lady tells me they only opening before 7 but they will open so we can come in and it took them almost 15minutes just to open the gate. The worst ver service won't ever return to this branch ever.
